After 40 years in industry, specialising in quality management, I decided to use my knowledge and experience as an executive and senior level business coach. As a Chartered Quality Professional I understand the value of maintaining standards which is why, when I decided to become an executive coach, I studied (with RTC Leadership and Coaching) for my Institute of Leadership and Management Level 7 certificate for ‘Executive and Senior Level Coaches and Mentors’.
My industry experience includes 20 years in the electronics manufacturing industry and 20 years working as a consultant for a variety of clients from small technology start-ups to large IT change programmes in the public and private sector. My clients have included Tyco, PSION, The Princes Trust, London Underground, Ministry of Justice, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Home Office, Scottish and Southern Energy and Thales.
I have worked closely with consultancy teams from some of the most respected global consultancy firms (e.g. EY, PwC and Accenture) on major infrastructure projects in the UK. These involved major technology, business process and organisational changes.
